Games and services covered

These Terms & End User License Agreement (EULA) cover the Flaming Sword website, Flaming Sword: Last Bastion (tower defense), Flaming Sword: Sealbreaker (score-based block puzzle), Flaming Sword: Great Serpent (arcade survival), and digital content supplied by Flaming Sword Industries Corp. Store-specific terms also apply. Test builds may have unavailable features, test advertising and disabled purchases.

Age and acceptance

The games are intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. Follow the age rating and eligibility rules in your region and store. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must review these terms and authorize purchases. These terms apply to the extent a valid agreement is formed; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your game license

Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, you may install and play the games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. No ownership of the games, names, branding, story or artwork is transferred. Do not redistribute app assets, bypass payment or entitlement checks, interfere with services or misrepresent an affiliation with us. Applicable legal exceptions and separate third-party licenses remain in effect.

Personal phone wallpaper use only

A wallpaper purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image only as a home-screen or lock-screen wallpaper on phones you own or personally control. You are buying this use license, not the artwork’s copyright or commercial rights. The same limits apply to wallpapers earned or included with Ad-Free.

Do not share, give away, send, upload, repost, redistribute, resell or sublicense the wallpaper file to anyone else.
Do not print the artwork, even for personal use, or use it on posters, clothing, phone cases or any other merchandise.
Do not monetize it or use it for advertising, branding, websites, social-media content, digital products or any other commercial purpose.

You may keep a private backup and crop or resize the image only to fit your phone wallpaper. Other uses require prior written permission from Flaming Sword Industries Corp., except where applicable law permits a use that cannot be restricted. These limits do not change separate third-party licenses, including the soundtrack’s CC BY 4.0 license.

Want official merchandise with an artwork?

Email [email protected] with the wallpaper title or seal and the product you would like. We will review the request and, where feasible, try to offer it through our official Fourthwall shop. Availability, timing and pricing are not guaranteed. A request does not grant permission to print or manufacture the artwork yourself.

Purchases across Flaming Sword games

Last Bastion, Sealbreaker and Great Serpent are separate games. Any individual wallpaper, any of the eight seal collections, the Complete Vault or another bundle may include artwork you already own from any of the three games. This duplicate-purchase warning applies to all wallpapers and collections. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, purchases apply only to the game and store account used to buy them and do not automatically transfer to another game.

Please check the app, collection contents and your previous purchases before confirming payment. For example, buying Seal V in Last Bastion and buying Seal V in Sealbreaker are separate purchases and may duplicate artwork. Seal V is just an example; review every wallpaper and collection before buying. A prior purchase in another game does not automatically reduce or credit the second price. An Ad-Free purchase applies to the game in which it was made.

Refund requests remain subject to the relevant app store’s policies and applicable consumer law. This notice does not limit your statutory rights.

Digital purchases and refunds

The games are intended to be free to play, with ads and optional purchases. Available products, included content and the final price are shown before checkout. Wallpaper purchases buy the personal-use license above. Purchases do not include physical merchandise, and physical merchandise does not include in-game items unless expressly stated.

For a missing eligible purchase, use Restore purchases in the same game with the same store account. Free earned rewards are separate from store purchase restoration. Request purchase support or a refund through the store that processed the transaction or contact us. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction and applicable law; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play’s refund policy and request process. If an Apple version becomes available, purchases made through Apple follow Apple’s refund process. For Fourthwall merchandise, use the support link in your order confirmation and the listing’s return policy. Buying the same artwork in three games does not automatically guarantee or rule out a refund.

Progress and rewards

Each game describes its own achievements and rewards. Sealbreaker uses each seal’s personal best: reaching 22,000 points on all eight seals earns one choice from the 56 standard wallpapers. Beastbreaker is available only through completion in Last Bastion; Sealbreaker provides a preview and link. Great Serpent has its own scores, length records, earned Embers, scales and discoveries. Embers and points are game features, not money, transferable assets or a promise of financial value. The rules shown in each game govern its challenges. Local scores, settings and earned rewards may be lost if you uninstall or clear app data. Current test builds do not provide player accounts or cloud restoration of earned rewards.

Ads, privacy and outside services

Ad-Free removes banner and automatic between-run ads in the purchased game. Advertising availability depends on your region, privacy choices and network conditions. See our Privacy policy and the game’s Ad privacy choices for information and controls. External websites, app stores and Fourthwall operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Physical merchandise and requests

Physical products are purchased separately through the official Fourthwall shop. Review the product listing and checkout for current price, taxes, shipping, delivery and return information. A wallpaper purchase does not authorize home printing or third-party manufacturing. To suggest a product featuring an artwork, email [email protected]; we will consider adding it to the official shop where feasible, without promising availability or a delivery date.

Platform license terms

The store’s applicable usage rules also apply. If a game is released through Apple and its listing does not supply a custom EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA applies to the app license. These website and content terms do not override mandatory platform terms or statutory consumer protections.

Availability, updates and contact

We work to maintain the games and website, but features may change and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material updates will receive notice where required; purchases remain subject to the offer and terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
