Privacy policy

Flaming Sword Industries Corp. · Last updated September 9, 2026

This policy explains how Flaming Sword Industries Corp. handles information connected with this website, support communications, and preparations for Flaming Sword: Last Bastion. Contact: [email protected].

1. Website information

When you visit, hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser and device information, and access times to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and diagnose errors. This website does not include our own advertising scripts, analytics trackers, newsletter form, or account registration.

Hosting or access providers may use cookies necessary for security or authentication. A private preview may require a ChatGPT sign-in managed by the preview provider; this is not a Flaming Sword player account.

2. Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate issues, handle requests, and keep necessary business records. Email routing and email providers process these communications on our behalf. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or information unrelated to your request.

3. Game release and advertising

The commercial Android release is in development. The advertising, purchase-verification, cloud-save, and diagnostics integrations for that release have not yet been finalized. This policy will be updated to describe the actual release configuration before the app is submitted to Google Play.

The planned release includes Google AdMob advertising and Google Play purchases. Depending on the final configuration and your privacy choices, Google’s advertising services can process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google’s advertising information and Google’s privacy policy.

Any required consent will be requested in the app, with a way to revisit privacy choices. A web policy does not itself enable ads or collect consent. This website does not run AdMob ads.

4. Store and payment information

Our Official Merch links open a separate Fourthwall storefront. Fourthwall and its payment and fulfillment providers handle checkout, delivery, and their associated information. Their policies and checkout disclosures apply. We may receive order and customer information made available through the merchant dashboard to provide support and manage the business.

Future in-app digital purchases will use Google Play. We do not ask you to enter payment-card details on this website. If you contact us about a purchase, we may need its order ID to investigate.

5. Why we use information and who receives it

We use information to operate and secure the website, answer enquiries, assist customers, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the legal basis is responding to steps you request or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, compliance with law, or your consent.

Information may be processed by hosting, security, email, store, payment, and fulfillment providers for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or investigate abuse, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards and notice. We do not sell support messages or contact lists to advertisers.

6. Retention and security

We retain support and business records only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, resolution of disputes, fraud prevention, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. Provider-controlled records follow the provider’s retention practices. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

We use access controls and encrypted web connections to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, with safeguards where required.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, follow the data-request instructions or email us. We may request proportionate information to confirm that the data belongs to you. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of authorization. If you disagree with our response, reply with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will handle requests within applicable legal deadlines. Some records may be retained where law permits or requires it; we will explain relevant exceptions.

Choices made on this website do not automatically change a separate store’s or platform’s settings. Contact those providers for data they control independently.

8. Children

The game and website are intended for teens and adults, not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through support or this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. The final game policy and Google Play Data safety disclosures must match the released app.
