Email [email protected] with the subject Website accessibility help. You can also copy the address into your email service. Tell us which page or action caused difficulty and what assistance or format would help.
You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information. Device, browser and assistive-technology details are helpful if you choose to provide them.
Our commitment and target
Flaming Sword Industries Corp. is working to make flamingsword.win usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our website design and testing target and aim to provide effective access consistent with applicable accessibility law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Using this website
- Keyboard: use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and buttons. The first link skips to the main content. Press Enter to follow a link; Enter or Space activates a button.
- Artwork viewer: open a Seal image with Enter. Use the Previous and Next buttons, or Left and Right arrow keys, to change the image. Press Escape or Close artwork to return. Focus returns to the image link you opened.
- Text and zoom: browser zoom and text enlargement remain available. The layout wraps on narrow screens. Long tables have a labeled, keyboard-scrollable area if needed.
- Reading: pages use headings and navigation landmarks, meaningful link names, visible focus indicators, text descriptions for informative images, and empty descriptions for decorative images.
- Motion and sound: no audio or video starts automatically. There is no flashing content or automatic image carousel. Reduced-motion preferences disable decorative movement and smooth scrolling.
- Without scripts: game descriptions, legal information, navigation and support addresses remain available. Seal images open as ordinary image links.
Review status and limitations
This website update was reviewed on October 8, 2026 using automated accessibility checks and browser checks for keyboard operation, responsive layouts, enlarged text, reduced motion and the artwork viewer. These checks do not constitute a complete WCAG conformance evaluation or ADA certification. Compatibility with every browser and assistive-technology combination has not been established.
The statement covers this website. The games, app stores and Fourthwall checkout are separate experiences, and game accessibility varies by title and build. Contact us about a barrier in any of them; tell us which game, store or page you were using. We can help with information about our products or an available alternative way to obtain support.
Complex fantasy artwork has concise descriptions rather than a description of every detail. Essential game, purchase and support information is also provided as text. Current browser versions that support standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript give the full artwork-viewer experience; the core site remains readable without JavaScript.
Feedback and continued improvement
We review reported barriers, investigate the affected task, and discuss assistance or an alternative format where available. We update this statement as features and review results change. If your first request is unresolved, reply to the same email thread with “Accessibility follow-up” so the issue can be reviewed again.
